Junaid Iqbal Mohammed Memon founded Cloud 9 Group in 2014. A property developer based in Dubai, he is always on the lookout for profitable development ventures and has several residential projects under his belt.


Born in India, Mr. Junaid Memon was raised in Dubai, UAE since 1992. He has completed his education in Dubai and in the United Kingdom. He successfully finished his degree in BS Business Management of which he graduated with Honours from Aston University. Inspired to venture more into business and property development in general, he secured a Masters in Investment Analysis and finished the program with Distinction in the same university.

Mr. Junaid Memon enjoyed the advantages of growing up belonging to a family with a well established business background. This allowed him to be privy to understanding possible business opportunities as well as crafting strategies in entrepreneurship- something that has immensely inspired him to look for other profitable opportunities in real estate and property development.

It was not long before he made the decision to diversify his investment portfolio. With valuable experience up his sleeve, he decided to look more into business opportunities in real estate. It was only a matter of time before he decided to shift his gaze to property development. This resulted in him being able to complete the construction of several residential projects that are credited to his name.

At present, he owns and manages substantial properties and businesses. He has ventures that are set in the United Kingdom, India, and Dubai. A property developer with prolific experience and expertise in the field, he is always keeping an eye out for prospective development ventures that hold impressive profit possibilities.

As an avid reader of current world affairs and economics, he makes it a point to keep up with the times and ensures that trends in property development are effectively and feasibly injected in the development projects that he ventures in. A believer in the importance of proper communication in every development project that he tackles, he has made it his personal mission to make every single customer experience with him and his team an excellent one. Considering the highly competitive nature of the property development market, he recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction in the business. His goal is to always put the customer’s interests first.

Recognising the importance of a healthy life balance in the rather gruelling property development field, he loves to dine out with his family. The hobby allows him to balance both work and family time.
